  • Live  Electricity wires (Trip hazards).
  • Using  a chair to reach something high.
  • Reading and not attending to surroundings while walking.
  • Over loading cabinet.
  • leaving sharps objects lying around.
  • Lifting heavy objects (over 10 kg).
  • Sitting with legs out(posing a trip hazards).
  • Littering  books and papers on a disk.
  • Drinks on the table can cause  spills,  slips and scalds i.e. burns .
  •  Injuries can happen when lifting or twisting in confined spaces .
  • Running in the office environment.
  • Leaving heater on over night with papers near by .
  • Leaving cabinet or cupboard doors open.
  • No smoking.
  • wet floor.

The Definition of multimedia

  • Multimedia is media and content that utilizes a combination of different content forms, used in contrast to traditional (media) printed or hand-produced text and still graphics.
  • Multimedia is a combination of elements such as music, lighting, computer-generated graphics, and video used for purposes of entertainment, presentation, advertising, or public relations.
  • Multimedia is simply multiple forms of media integrated together. Media can be text, graphics, audio, animation, video, data, web etc.

Multimedia covers a lot of skills and concepts, these are:
